Hi, I'm Barry, founder of Barbell Brit.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. My passion is helping people build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence through safe, effective exercise.
I work with adults of all ages and fitness levels, providing personalized training tailored to individual goals, abilities, and experience. While I have a particular interest in functional fitness, healthy aging, fall prevention, and strength training, my approach is designed to help every client become stronger, more confident, and more capable in everyday life.
Whether you're new to exercise, returning after an injury, training for better overall health, or looking to maintain your independence as you age, I provide personalized coaching to help you achieve your goals and move with purpose.
